SELLING MY FIRST HOME..and the education that came with it.

The excitement was overwhelming. I proudly signed the contract and sat back to revel in my glory,I had sold my home and doubled the price that I had paid for it, I was a winner.

I couldnt wait for the day when I could walk into the bank and pay the mortgage off. How naive I was.

My short sharp shift into reality came when I understood my final mortgage summary. Total interest paid over mortgage duration. Double the original sum. Total principal paid over mortgage duration. Nine percent of the total original sum. I got out my dictionary and my calculator. I wished like anything now that I had taken more notice in fifth form accounting at school, I didnt even know what interest and principal were. It all fell in place to me and finally I understood what I was reading, I couldnt believe it, I began to weep inconsolably, and continued to do so for another three or four days off and on, I kid you not, I was devastated. I had paid back the bank more than I got for my home and I still owed them half of that. Can you imagine how stupid I felt. I thought that I must be the biggest idiot in the world. I stopped crying eventually, heading straight to the bottle store, I then preceeded to hang out with Jack for a few days trying to understand how an intelligent person like myself could be so ignorant.

It was during this drunken haze that I discovered I wasnt the pathetic fool that I thought I was, infact, in the big scheme of things I was actually better off than 99% of my many friends and aquaintances. Aquaintances whom old friendships had be revived and great friendships made greater, during mine and Jack's quest to find the truth. We discovered that most people were paying minimum payment amounts on their bills, or mortgages. In fact there was only one person who had enough knowledge about money to be debt free apart from a mortgage, which was being paid off quickly. I wanted to know how they had done it of course. There was no way I was going to let this happen to me again, but you know what, they werent telling. It was a secret, their secret.

After pondering my newly found knowledge, I said goodbye to Jack, promising not to leave it too long before we catch up again, and ensuring him that I will try to see him sometimes other than when Im in a crisis. I began my quest to find the magic formula, I wanted to learn the secrets of money that they dont teach you in school. I spent hours and hours researching, trying, researching and trying some more. When I came across the fantastic advice offered by Clint Holland, I knew that I had cracked it. This is the most comprehensive, informative no bullshit guide to debt elimination, and wealth accumulation on the net today. This will get you out of debt, not doubt about that, it will also teach you how to wipe off years off your mortgage.

I have been able to use this infomation to buy and pay for another home in under three years, I have also been able to teach my friends how to do the same thing. The most satisfying person I have talked to thus far had a debt of $1700.00, paltry you may say, thats what I thought at the time, thing is that she had this debt for almost 12 years. Thats right, 12 years, yours eyes arent playing tricks on you. You see because of her ignorance she had been paying the minimum amount, which was only barely covering the interest that kept piling up. She was on a merry go round ride that would not stop. With the knowledge I learned from Clint, I got went about teaching her. She wiped out that debt in seven weeks. She was debt free of all her other debts after eighteen months.

Dont fall into the trap that I did, educate yourself today. You owe it to yourself, and you owe it to your children, friends and family to teach them these pricipals too. You owe it to yourself to become a winner in the debt game. Knowledge is what will separate you from others who will, unwittingly, spend the next three decades paying the bank. "Debt Free in Three", will give you the knowledge you need to take control of your future.
